30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from damage not caused by defect
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Products with removed serial numbers or labels
- Items returned after 30-day window
- Custom or personalized products
How to Return Items

- We'll provide return instructions and shipping label
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship using provided return label
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs ($15 flat rate)
- We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
- Use trackable shipping method for returns over $100
- We recommend insurance for high-value returns
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Return shipping costs deducted from refund (unless item defective)
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures fastest processing and availability
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
