30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from damage not caused by defect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with removed serial numbers or labels
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Return Items

  2. We'll provide return instructions and shipping label
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using provided return label

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping costs ($15 flat rate)
  • We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
  • Use trackable shipping method for returns over $100
  • We recommend insurance for high-value returns

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Return shipping costs deducted from refund (unless item defective)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. This ensures fastest processing and availability

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Restocking Fee
